Matt is uniquely qualified to be Bexley’s Auditor given his diverse Finance and Leadership Background:
- 28 years of finance and auditing experience, ranging from:
- Chief Financial Officer responsible for all aspects of Finance (auditing, financial planning and forecasting, capital allocations, etc)
- Led a 28 person Accounting organization responsible for accurately representing financials of a publicly traded company
- Signed off on financial accuracy disclosures delivered to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC)
- Led a 250 person organization responsible for forensic research on spend looking for fraud or other misappropriation of funds.
- Student and leader of many different businesses and roles. As a result, he will get up to speed quickly and can make an immediate impact.

- He is an effective communicator, skilled at taking complex financial accounting and translating it to non-finance professionals so they are able to use that information to make strategic decisions or investments.
